User data: Do2Learn is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. All user data is confidential to Do2Learn and is neither sold nor made available to anyone outside the company. To process your order, we collect first and last name, email address, street address, state, zip code and phone number. If you pay with a credit card, the number is processed immediately under a secure billing agency and not kept in our database.
A valid email address is required for subscriber account maintenance and login. We may periodically send email reminders to users when their subscription is about to expire, or notices of new additions to our web site or programs. We take no outside advertising and never sell or share your email or other personal information with any third party.
Program data: We respect the confidentiality of all information on your program use. Several programs use cookies stored on your machine only to allow you to save your last use information to preset your program menus. Cookies are small pieces of information, sent by a website, that are saved on your hard disk by your computer browser. We do not collect your cookie information from your site. The Make-A-Schedule program allows you to save up to 10 schedules on our server for your future use and print. This schedule data is stored in a password protected server area and we do not internally access or use your schedule data for our own purposes, nor allow another organization access your program data.
