The website and programs at “DotoLearn” are provided by Virtual Reality Aids, Inc., which may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of the DotoLearn web site (“DotoLearn Site”, “DoToLearn”, or the “Site”) or programs will mean you accept those changes.

THE SITE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
The contents of the DotoLearn Site and programs, such as text, graphics, images, information obtained from DotoLearn’s licensers, and other material (“Content”) contained on the DotoLearn Site are for informational purposes only. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. You should be aware that this Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13 except under parental guidance. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person. The only exceptions are adult initiated emails, requests to be sent our newsletter, and order information necessary for product payment, shipping, and order fulfillment.  We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to order products. We sell no third party advertising on our site. It is our policy to not require registration for use or collect information from our users. Our information practices are designed to comply with the United States Federal Trade Commission’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act “COPPA”. Any revision to our data collection, use and disclosure practices that might require notice and/or verifiable parental consent for users of our site under the age of 13 will be done in accordance with COPPA.

Web delivered classroom instruction for both commercial and non-commercial purposes cannot use DotoLearn copyrighted material without prior authorization. Material may be copied and used in a classroom where the teacher and student are physically in the same location and the material is physically delivered to the student by the teacher. Any special rules for the use of certain software and other items provided on the DotoLearn Site may be included elsewhere within the Site and should be referenced in the related site area. The Content is protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Title to the Content remains with DotoLearn or its licensers. Any use of the Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Content and features are subject to change or termination without notice in the editorial discretion of DotoLearn. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to DotoLearn and its licensers. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the Content.

LIABILITY OF DotoLearn AND ITS LICENSERS.
The use of the DotoLearn Site and the Content is at your own risk. When using the DotoLearn Site, information will be transmitted over a medium which is beyond the control and jurisdiction of DotoLearn and its suppliers. DotoLearn may sub license its rights through multiple tiers of sub licenses

“Contact Us” INFORMATION.
Contact us is a service that allows you to record limited amounts of information on a voluntary basis on servers maintained by DotoLearn or on its behalf. You grant DotoLearn and all other persons or entities involved in the operation of the Site right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your submitted information. DotoLearn cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit.

DotoLearn LINKS TO PUBLIC AREAS.
If you use a Public Area (also including “Forum” areas), you are solely responsible for your own communications, the consequences of posting those communications, and your reliance on any communications found in the Public Areas. DotoLearn is not responsible for the consequences of any communications in any referenced Public Areas. In cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. We reserve the right to remove from any public listing on our site any information we deem inappropriate.

Virtual Reality Aids, Inc. is based in Florida, in the United States of America. Virtual Reality Aids, Inc. makes no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the DotoLearn Site or products from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.

JURISDICTION.
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Virtual Reality Aids, Inc., or in any way relating to your use of the DotoLearn Site or products, resides in the courts of the State of Florida and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Florida in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Virtual Reality Aids, Inc. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws and principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT.
Except as expressly provided in other areas of the DotoLearn Site or product notices, these Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you and Virtual Reality Aids, Inc. with respect to the use of the DotoLearn Site, Content, and Programs. Your use of the DotoLearn Site and programs is also subject to the DotoLearn Privacy Policy. DotoLearn reserves the right to update or revise this Agreement at any time. Please check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
